  Good customer service, food always tastes good and they always get our order right. It’s what I expect from Pizza Hut. Brand new store in a convenient location. Delivery can take a while, but again, that’s to be expected from time to time. Pizza is definitely very greasy, but again, that should be expected with Pizza Hut. Sign up for the rewards, it’s totally worth it. Points towards free pizza and regular coupons for menu priced items. We usually use the app and order from their “deals”. The regular menu priced items are a bit much considering this is NY and you can get a great NY pie right down the road for about the same price. But using the app, getting the rewards points towards free food and buying the deals is totally worth it, especially when you’re super busy and just can’t get dinner together.

  Horrible 1st time experience,asked what tge carry out special was but had to wait for his telephone call with another dissatisfied customer to end.I was told about a 2 medium soecial with 2 toppings for 6$ each,so I ordered and was told it would be a 15 minute wait.I sat in car with my kids fir 15 minutes then walked back in and watched the delivery people one after the other start help making pizzas WITHOUT washing their hands.I saw them get ready to put 2 medium pizzas in a holding oven and asked if they were mine and told no they were for Rob,i said i was nkt Rob and waited anothee 15 minutes until I saw the guy that took my order and he said your pizzas are right there in the holding oven!!! I said that I asked if they were mine and told they were for Rob,he said it was a delivery person and they arent Trained to know whos pizzas were there,Never Never Again and the Pizza was not good AT ALL ,I want my money back
